Job Description

Role : Senior Technical Program Manager (Java Background) Years of Experience : 15 yrs We're looking for someone with strong Java background, experienced in Microservices, SPI, and cloud platforms. The candidate must have worked in large, complex programs with multiple technical integrations and preferrably has experience in the BFSI domain. Skills Required : - Good understanding of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile Scrum is a must. - Java Background, BFSI Domain - Excellent Communication Skills Job Description : - Well versed in Java, Microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Solid grasp of SDLC, with working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to drive projects with a strong eye on architecture and design. - Someone who enjoys solving challenges and shaping programs end-to-end. - Tech/Functional balance: 70% technical, 30% functional. - Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. - Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, estimation, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. - Successfully manage the relationship with the external (client) and internal (Iris) stakeholders. - Responsible for overall quality, scope and budgets management of major projects or programs. - Recognize and solve potential problems/risks and evaluate project/program effectiveness. - Knowledge about java environments and API/microservices. - Knowledge on Databases and data related technologies.
