Job Description : SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP Technical Consultant Company : Talent Worx Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Job Summary : Talent Worx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and technical support of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP system across various business domains. You will work closely with global teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance. Technical Responsibilities : - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP across Sales & Procurement, PLM & Manufacturing, Finance & GRC, and DSC & Industry Solutions. - Provide timely and effective resolution to system errors and performance bottlenecks. System Configuration & Optimization : - Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and background job monitoring. - Optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation and responsiveness. Integration Management : - Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and third-party applications. - Develop and maintain integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Enhancement & Automation : - Develop and optimize workflows, enhancements, and automation within respective functional areas. - Implement custom solutions to meet specific business requirements. BASIS Support : - Ensure smooth execution of BASIS activities, including transport management, patching, and security compliance. - Maintain system stability and security. Fiori/UI5 & Workzone Optimization : - Optimize SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, Launchpad configurations, and Workzone customizations. - Enhance user experience and streamline workflows. ALM & Performance Optimization : - Implement ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) monitoring, system health checks, and performance optimization. - Ensure system reliability and performance. Technical Expertise by Domain : Sales & Procurement : - SAP SD, MM, and Procurement-related enhancements and technical troubleshooting. - IDoc/BAPI development, pricing routines, and P2P/O2C workflow customizations. PLM & Manufacturing : - Enhancements for BOM, Routing, MRP, PP, and MES systems. - SAP DMC integrations, IoT-based monitoring, and automation in production planning. Finance & GRC : - ABAP/Fiori enhancements in AP, AR, GL, CO, and Asset Accounting. - Security, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation via SAP GRC. DSC & Industry Solutions : - SAP EWM, TM, and industry-specific extensions (Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing). - IBP integration, demand planning automation, and logistics execution support. Key Skills : ABAP Development : - Expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and OData development. SAP BTP Integration : - Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management, and event-driven architecture. Performance Tuning & Debugging : - Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting technical issues. SAP ALM & Solution Manager : - Knowledge of SAP ALM, Solution Manager, and system monitoring tools. Support Environment : - Ability to work in SLA-driven support environments with global teams. Required Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant. - Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a client facing role.
