Techno-Functional Consultant - Flexcube

Position : Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Experience : 5 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client, a leading Big 4 consulting firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Flexcube, particularly in retail banking domains. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Flexcube applications, while also engaging with clients to provide expert solutions and support. Responsibilities : - Configure and customize Flexcube Retail (FCR) product to meet client-specific requirements. - Perform end-to-end development, implementation, and customization of Flexcube applications. - Provide UAT support and ensure smooth transition to production. - Apply deep understanding of retail banking domains, including CASA, Deposits, Lending (Agri/Term), Payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, DD, BC), Trade Finance, Treasury, Journal entries, and Limits & collaterals. - Analyze and translate business requirements into Flexcube solutions. - Develop and maintain SQL, JAVA, and PL/SQL scripts for Flexcube applications. - Utilize Oracle Open Development Tool (RAD tool) for application development. - Manage and troubleshoot EOD/BOD batch operations, including handling batch aborts. - Perform software deployment and troubleshooting on Application Server software, especially Oracle WebLogic. - Participate in and lead project meetings and solutioning workshops with clients. - Provide expert consultation and present solutions to clients. - Demonstrate excellent client interaction skills. - Understand and analyze the technical architecture and integration layer of Flexcube systems. - Design and implement integration solutions between Flexcube and other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Requirements : - 5 years of experience handling FCC/FCR Version 6.x/7.x (COM Version) or Flexcube India Cluster versions (preferably 11.7 to 11.11). - Strong hands-on experience in SQL, JAVA, and PL/SQL. - Proficiency in using Oracle Open Development Tool (RAD tool). - Experience with WebLogic Application Server. - Knowledge of Flexcube Retail (FCR) product configuration. - Experience with EOD/BOD batch operations and troubleshooting. - Understanding of technical architecture and integration layers. Functional Skills : - Good understanding of retail banking domains (CASA, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, Journal entries, Limits & collaterals). - Ability to translate business requirements into Flexcube solutions.
