Position: ServiceNow ITSM Consultant Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Experience: 2 - 13 Years (Minimum 2-3 Years in ITSM and Integrations) Company: Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Big 4 Consulting Firm) About the Client: Our client is a leading Big 4 consulting firm, renowned for its global expertise and innovative solutions. This role provides an opportunity to work on challenging ServiceNow ITSM projects and contribute to the digital transformation of IT service management. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with a focus on Integrations, Scripting, Flow Designer, and Request Catalog. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with Discovery and Service Mapping, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules. You will work on various aspects of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and ITSM Implementation and Configuration: - Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management. - Design and develop custom workflows, forms, and business rules using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Configure and customize the ServiceNow Request Catalog to meet business requirements. Discovery and Service Mapping: - Lead and participate in the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. - Configure and maintain Discovery schedules and probes. - Develop and maintain Service Maps to visualize dependencies and relationships. - Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery and Service Mapping Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB, third-party applications) using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods. - Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows. Flow Designer: - Design and develop automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer. - Implement complex business logic and automation using Flow Designer actions and integrations. Testing and Debugging: - Test software or applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Fix straightforward bugs and escalate complex problems to senior team members. - Suggest recommendations for bug/problem and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation. Support and Maintenance: Provide support for ServiceNow ITSM modules and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests. Participate in on-call support as : - 2 - 13 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and integrations. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules. - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Hands-on implementation experience with Discovery and Service Mapping. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). - Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer. - Experience with ServiceNow Request Catalog configuration. Functional Skills : - Understanding of ITIL and service management best practices. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong customer service orientation. - - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Certifications (Must Have): - Discovery or Service Mapping Implementation Certification. Certifications (Good to Have) : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules. Good to Have : - Event Management exposure. - Service graph connectors.
