We want YOU Position: Informatica MDM Lead Experience: 8 to 10 Lead the technical design and architecture of Informatica Data Management and Data Integration platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Define and enforce architectural standards and guidelines for MDM solutions built on Informatica. - Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure coding standards and best practices are consistently followed within the team. - Conduct regular code reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure high code quality. - Drive initiatives to continuously improve code quality, performance, and efficiency of MDM solutions. - Demonstrate deep expertise in Informatica MDM administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the platform. - Possess strong knowledge of data object management within Informatica MDM, including schema design, data modeling, and hierarchy management. - Utilize expertise in data governance concepts and tools within the Informatica MDM framework to ensure data quality, compliance, and integrity. - Design and configure robust and efficient workflows within Informatica MDM for seamless data ingestion, cleansing, matching, merging, and distribution processes. - Optimize workflows for performance and scalability. - Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Deliver clear and compelling presentations on MDM architecture, design, and progress. - Facilitate technical discussions and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Lead and manage Informatica MDM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical growth and expertise in Informatica MDM. - Provide technical support and guidance to the development team. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Oversee the design and development of data integration processes using Informatica PowerCenter or other ETL tools to feed data into and out of the MDM system. - Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the integration process. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the Informatica MDM environment. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to MDM data, processes, and integrations. Skills Were Looking For: - Expertise in Informatica MDM: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering MDM solutions using Informatica MDM. - Strong Knowledge of Data Governance Tools & Techniques: Deep understanding of data governance principles, processes, and tools, particularly within the context of Informatica MDM. - Ability to Lead Projects and Mentor Junior Team Members: Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects, managing teams, and mentoring junior developers. - Informatica PowerCenter/Data Integration Experience: Strong understanding of ETL concepts and hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or other data integration tools. - Data Modeling & Schema Design: Expertise in designing logical and physical data models for MDM implementations. - Workflow Design & Implementation: Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows within Informatica MDM. - SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of Data Quality Concepts: Solid understanding of data quality principles, data cleansing, standardization, and matching techniques. - Experience with API Integrations: Familiarity with integrating Informatica MDM with other systems using APIs. Preferred Skills: - Informatica MDM certification. - Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud - IDMC). - Knowledge of master data domains such as Customer, Product, or Supplier. - Experience with data virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with other data governance tools and frameworks. Process Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Proficiency in using project management Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 to 10 years of professional experience in data management and integration, with a significant focus on Informatica MDM. - Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex MDM solutions. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
