We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with at least 4 years of experience in development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365." Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in alignment with our business needs. Facilitate the migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace. Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Troubleshoot and fix bugs or issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. Provide technical support for existing Dynamics 365 applications. What do we expect from you? 4 years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer . Deep understanding of Customer Service Workspace . Experience in migrating from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace is highly desirable. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
