We’re hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team, collaborating in a project with the Security Department of a solid and growing organization in Barcelona. What will you do? Define and implement firewalling policies. Administer and ensure the proper operation of the organization’s security infrastructure. Manage security-related requests, incidents, and changes. Participate in internal security projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide support to other departments on cybersecurity matters. Review and draft security procedures and documentation. What are we looking for? Degree or technical training in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity environments. Strong knowledge of firewall systems : policy definition, troubleshooting, etc. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive mindset and sense of ownership. Nice-to-haves: Experience with EDR/XDR systems , networking , email security , vulnerability management , DLP , IAM or PAM tools.
