Job description For GXO Mechelen, we are seeking a Finisher who will be responsible for carefully completing and preparing products for shipment. What will you be doing? As a Finisher, you are the final step in our production process. You make sure that every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Your tasks include: - Packaging products and components according to instructions - Quality checks to ensure everything meets our high standards - Preparing orders for shipment: labeling, stacking, and organizing - Using a BT and stacker to efficiently move goods - Performing a final inspection before shipping - Working closely with colleagues in production, warehouse, and logistics Profiel Who are we looking for? - You are precise and like to work in a structured way - You have experience in a logistics or production environment - You can work independently but also function well in a team - You are physically capable of performing standing tasks and moving goods - You speak and understand English in a professional environment Aanbod What can you expect? - A competitive salary based on experience, starting at €16.44 gross/hour - Meal vouchers worth €7 per worked day - Shift premium of 7.5% on the gross salary - Work in a two-shift system: 6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–11 PM - Quick start with a temporary (interim) contract - Option for a permanent contract after 6 months of interim work
