Job Description Job Description School Social Workers - Full Time or Part Time - Denver, CO We are currently hiring School Social Workers to join our team in the Denver, CO area . We have multiple openings across all grade levels, from elementary to high school. These positions are available for full-time or part-time schedules, with flexibility to fit your needs. As a School Social Worker , you will provide critical support to students by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students, families, and school staff to promote a positive and supportive school environment. School Social Worker Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to students Offer crisis intervention and mental health support Address social skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans Connect students and families with community resources and additional support services School Social Worker Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Colorado Social Work License (LSW, LCSW, or provisional license) If you do not currently hold a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license , you must be eligible to apply for one upon interview and hire Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills School Social Worker Position Details: Hourly position Full-time and part-time options available Multiple grade levels (elementary, middle, high school) School Social Worker Compensation: $45-$60/hr. based on experience If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and are excited to work in a school environment, we encourage you to apply Why Work With RCM?
