Our PrideStaff Detroit West location is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented individual with demonstrated success or propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment. Job Responsibilities: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for both the outside and inside development of new business and expanding our existing client base. In this role, you will make phone calls as well as in-person sales calls to generate orders. Must be able to travel up to 60%. Job Requirements You must have a strong sales, marketing, or customer service background as an Account Manager. At least 2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong desire to succeed. Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. Additional Requirements for the Account Manager will include: Sales, marketing, or customer service experience. Business-to-business development experience. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change. Experience within the industry and a four-year degree are preferred Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships. Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets. Foster relationships with new clients. Willing to travel and be on the road for 4-5 hours a day. Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high-potential accounts.
