Non-CDL Driver

Job Description Job Description We are hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver to safely operate a medium-duty hooklift truck for local deliveries and pickups of roll-off dumpsters. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to safety, basic mechanical awareness, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Ford F-750 hooklift truck to deliver, pick up, and reposition roll-off dumpsters Follow designated routes and maintain timely schedules Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Secure dumpsters properly for safe transport Maintain communication with dispatch regarding job status and any issues Provide professional and courteous service to customers Assist with basic equipment upkeep and cleanliness Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No CDL required , but experience driving large or commercial vehicles is a plus Must be at least 21 years old Ability to operate and learn roll-off and hooklift equipment Comfortable with physical work, including entering/exiting the truck and handling equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Must pass a background check and drug screening Schedule: Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work as needed Home daily – local routes only Company Description Patriot Jacks is a locally owned and operated roll-off dumpster rental company based in Decatur, Alabama.
