If you're passionate about marketing, public relations, and helping brands connect with their audiences in a meaningful way, we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and executing promotional marketing projects assigned by the Marketing Manager Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate PR campaigns with customer-focused promotions Coordinate in-store promotional events and ensure smooth, successful daily operations Build strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate brand messaging and promotional services Work with the marketing team to develop and refine campaign tracking and performance measurement strategies Contribute to the design and distribution of promotional materials and visual merchandising elements Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail staff, and event partners Track and report on event traffic, performance, and inventory in a timely and organized manner Stay alert to new marketing opportunities and recommend innovative ways to improve campaigns Position may lead to senior campaign management roles based on individual performance Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision A calm, level-headed approach to problem-solving and customer interaction Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of tasks A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building brand awareness and engagement Previous experience in marketing, PR, event coordination, or customer service is a plus, but not required What We Offer Hands-on training in PR strategy, communications, event execution, and campaign development Clear advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership ability A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities to work with well-known clients and community-driven campaigns Competitive compensation with additional performance incentives
