Job Description Job Description Rooterman Hartford opening is for one Full time or (2) part time Dispatcher with an administrative experience in a High pace business in the Trade Fields of Plumbing, HVAC and Drain Cleaning. If you are from a Trade or other service field with high call volume and computer output to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Candidates with have 4 years plus working in a Trade Field (Plumbing, HVAC, Drain Cleaning, Electrical, Construction. etc) Resume are required to apply for this job. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Update customers about their service Dispatch techs to services calls throughout their day all day long. Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Use House Call Pro software to create tickets for jobs Excellent computer and organizational skill ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in Dispatching in the Trade Field, customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Able to handle heavy call volume Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent Organizing skills. Will have 4 years of Dispatching technician in a high volume customer service field Will have excellent phone skills dealing with the public Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advance Computer, internet and typing skills Will be able to leads the tech through their work Will have the ability to up sell service call.
