Job Description Job Description Job Title: Millwright Mechanic Job Description We are seeking skilled Millwright Mechanics to join our team. The successful candidate will perform troubleshooting and maintenance on heavy equipment, overhead cranes, and conveyor systems. This role involves working with 60HP - 100HP motors and includes the installation and replacement of flange bearings and taper locks. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment, including 60HP - 100HP motors and overhead cranes. Install and replace rollers, belts, and motors on belt-driven conveyor systems. Install and replace flange bearings and taper locks on pipeline systems. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Interpret and follow work instructions, work orders, and blueprints for scheduled and emergency repairs, installations, and inspections. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Test and inspect equipment for defects, malfunctioning, wear, misalignment, insufficient lubrication, and the need for improvements. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
