To strengthen their team, we are looking for a Responsibilities Define the optimal times for harvesting fruits and vegetables in collaboration with farmers. Evaluate and monitor the productive status of crops. Estimate production and supervise the progress of the season. Ensure the quality of shipped products by visiting farmers' facilities and supervising quality criteria. Check the quality of processed products in the packaging warehouse, ensuring they meet required standards. Manage audits and inspections with farmers. Handle non-conformities by implementing and monitoring corrective/preventive actions. Requirements Experience in managing horticultural products. Diploma in agriculture or degree in agricultural engineering. Knowledge of stone fruits, pome fruits, and actinidiaceae. Experience in dealing with farmers. Contract: Permanent Company car provided.
