Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, IT teams, and operations to ensure alignment of business objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to core banking systems (e.g., deposits, loans, payments, customer onboarding). Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions or enhancements to existing systems and processes. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights and share progress with stakeholders. Maintain documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user manuals. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating outcomes. Analyze impact of changes, regulatory updates, and new feature implementations on core banking modules. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Agile ways or working and User stories documentation Experience in payment banking or banking channels Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate role model behaviors of “can do” attitude, positive motivation.
