The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Support and Customer Experience Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
