The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR expertise along with hands-on operational experience, specifically within the hospitality or catering sector. This role is critical in supporting the company’s vision of delivering excellence in service by building a high-performing and engaged team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and compliance in alignment with business goals Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of operational, kitchen, service, and corporate staff Drive employee engagement , grievance handling, and retention initiatives Implement HR systems and procedures , ensuring consistency and compliance across locations Oversee payroll coordination , attendance tracking, and leave management Ensure compliance with labour laws , statutory requirements, and audits Plan and execute training and development programs for all levels of staff Support workforce planning and seasonal hiring for banqueting events Act as a liaison between management and employees to build a healthy workplace culture Monitor team performance and work closely with department heads to resolve workforce issues Manage HR documentation, contracts, and reporting requirements Conduct exit interviews and implement improvements based on feedback Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Up to 15 years of total experience , with a strong preference for hospitality, catering, or banqueting background In-depth understanding of labour laws , HR compliance , and statutory regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage large teams and seasonal workforce Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in HR software and reporting systems
