Salesforce Certified Architect Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Architect with 7 years of hands-on development and architectural experience in Salesforce multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architecture patterns, be proficient in handling large- scale implementations, and have experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems such as CMS, LMS, PIM, and DAM. This role involves managing multiple client engagements, providing technical leadership, and delivering robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) that align with business objectives. • Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems, including CMS (Content Management Systems), LMS (Learning Management Systems), PIM (Product Information Management), and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms. • Oversee the technical strategy for large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring high- quality design and scalable solutions. • Provide hands-on development guidance and technical leadership across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design scalable architecture solutions, and deliver high-impact projects. • Manage multiple client engagements, balancing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high client satisfaction. • Develop and maintain architectural best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for Salesforce implementations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, acting as the main escalation point for complex challenges across multiple environments. • Keep up with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, incorporating them into the architecture and design. Qualifications: • Salesforce Certified Architect (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • 7 years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs. • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in a multi-cloud environment. • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (CMS, LMS, PIM, DAM) and enterprise systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns, data modeling, and best practices. • Proficiency in multi-cloud Salesforce environments with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other products. • Solid experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration tools. • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and security principles in Salesforce. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non- technical stakeholders. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing teams in a dynamic environment. Nice to Have: • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist). • Experience with industries such as Sales and Revenue Operations, Customer Service and Support, Marketing and Customer Engagement, E-commerce and Digital Experience, Financial and Compliance Management and Data Management and Analytics. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins. • Familiarity with advanced enterprise integration techniques, microservices, and API management tools.
