Hiring for Senior Associate - Facility Management role. Experience: 2-3 years into Facility management/Electrical maintenance/Equipment Maintenance Location: Indore Salary upto 5lpa Btech and Electrical diploma is Preferred Local Candidates are preferred Job Responsibilities:- -Managing overall facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, DG sets, UPS Systems and fire safety. - Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime. - Coordinating with vendors and contractors for facility-related services and AMCs. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing energy usage. -Knowledge of all Admin & Facility related SOP -Tracking and maintaining records of all consumables- like Daily electrical consumption, service records of Facility equipment's -Keeping records of Diesel consumption and received -Knowledge of Store/inventory operation -Knowledge of service/maintenance of All equipment's
