Sales Consultant

Company Description: JobFunction.io, a flagship brand of Hustler's CAVED an early-stage firm specializing in HR services within IT, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and BPO sectors, JobFunction.io is a recruitment platform that provides hiring-related services to corporates/recruiters, placement agencies, and job seekers. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to manage the end-to-end business development and sales process and act as a strategic partner to our clients as a contract/freelance position . The Sales professional will be responsible for providing sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, delivering high-quality customer service, and offering consulting solutions remotely on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to excellent service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and Zoho CRM. Contract Details: Duration: 3 months Working Hours: 6hrs/day with one week off as a Freelancer/Contractor Compensation: max up-to 22k/month
