Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nellore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular medical camps, developing relationships with Doctors fraternity, conducting CMEs and workshops for Doctors, establishing proper referral networks and establishing corporate tie ups The role includes developing strategies to increase center's reach, increasing patient footfall and presenting comprehensive reports to management. The individual will also work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate business strategies and ensure the success of the fertility center. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Business Development, Sales, or Marketing Experience in conducting camps, CMEs, Workshops, etc. Willing to travel extensively in the 200 sq. kms. of Nellore Centre Ability to study the market, analyze data and implement effective strategies Experience in the healthcare industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong relationship-building and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
