If you have a strong background in carpentry and plumbing, enjoy variety in your work, and take pride in delivering quality maintenance in residential properties—this could be the perfect fit for you. What you’ll be doing: Carrying out a wide range of multi-skilled maintenance tasks , including carpentry, plumbing , and other general building work. Working across various property types, completing repairs and refurbishments to a high standard. Collaborating as part of a trade team, often working to tight deadlines and schedules. Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied and void properties. What we’re looking for: Proven experience across a variety of carpentry and plumbing tasks . A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent time-served experience in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing. Confident and competent in non-core trades . Experience in a multi-trade team environment . A full, clean UK driving licence . Physically fit and capable of manual work.
