Quantity Surveyor

Your new company A national high-end fit-out company that has a great reputation in their market is looking to bolster its commercial team. Your new role Your new role as a quantity surveyor will involve the following work on projects valued between £250k to £5m:·Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations·Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers·Producing formal quotations to customers·Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines·Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database·Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information·Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers What you'll need to succeed You will need a good background working as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, have strong commercial skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
