Legal Counsel - Real Estate/ Real Estate Litigation

We are working with a renowned telecoms company based in central London. They are seeking a Legal Counsel with a background in Real Estate/ Real Estate Litigation to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will last 6 months and focus on resolving disputes and managing legal risks in real estate and telecommunications. Immediate start. Key Responsibilities : Manage leasehold mast estates, including access issues, lease renewals, and upgrades. Provide comprehensive legal advice on various real estate matters. Handle litigation under the Electronic Communications Code and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, delivering clear and precise legal guidance. Ideal candidate: 2 years PQE Background in Real Estate Litigation Experience in the telecoms industry preferable Prior knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Available on short notice Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
