Our client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its growing Acquisition Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with clear career progression opportunities. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and alternative lenders on a wide range of financing transactions. These include leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, refinancings, and other event-driven financings. The successful candidate will work closely with market-leading private equity and finance teams across the firm's international network. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and acquisition finance, gained at a leading national or international firm. Experience in real estate finance and asset-based lending would be an advantage. Candidates must have strong technical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
