The role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Shopper Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced food business. The Shopper Marketing Manager will develop and execute Shopper Marketing strategies with a focus on driving growth across key retailers. Confident developing in-store and online activations, including POS materials, promotions and sampling activities. Ability to work cross-functionally with the wider team, primarily Brand, Sales and Category. Skilled communicator and confident working with retailers to deliver incredible Shopper activations. Comfortable with data and will have strong understanding of shopper behaviour and has ability to utilise customer insights to drive brand visibility and conversion. Budget management. Understanding of key competitors and overall dynamics of the FMCG sector. Ideal candidate: Will have experience within FMCG – packaged goods experience is preferred Proven success in developing shopper marketing campaigns across multiple retailers Creative thinker with a consumer-centric approach Excellent communicator Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships Organised and focused on attention to detail Personable and team player Benefits & details: Up to £57k plus bonus opportunity and wider benefits Hybrid working – 2 days a week based in Home Counties.
