Functional Lead

Functional Lead 1 day per month in Glasgow Up to £55,000 43.5 days annual leave up to 20% pension Head Resourcing are currently working with one of our major financial services clients to recruit a talented Functional Lead in the BizApps space. This role will sit within the BizApps Centre of Excellence and will be at the heart of our client’s digital strategy as they look to drive innovation and work with the latest Copilot and AI technology offerings. Role Summary: Drive Power Platform adoption, maintain governance, and enforce best practices for pro-dev and citizen-dev communities. Key Responsibilities: Implement adoption strategies and ensure smooth platform updates. Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams on changes. Lead the Power Platform citizen development community by providing training, hosting engagement sessions, showcasing capabilities, and offering guidance to enhance skills and maturity. Conduct workshops to upskill COE and end users. Identify risks, address issues, and safeguard platform services. Work with the COE team to document and maintain accurate, up-to-date best practices and standards for Power Platform adoption, aligning with Microsoft's latest updates and guidelines Key Skills: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/PVA, Dataverse, Power BI, Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights, and SharePoint Online. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, governance models, and cost optimization strategies. Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Creative and innovative mindset to inspire and motivate others.
