Job Description
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and an engaging shopping experience. You’ll support the store team in daily operations, ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and contribute to achieving store targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a warm and approachable manner Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Achieve personal and store sales goals Maintain stock levels, replenish merchandise, and handle stock transfers Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges Support with in-store events and clienteling initiatives Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness Requirements: Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of style and product knowledge (especially if in fashion/luxury retail) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods Passion for delivering a premium customer experience
