In the growing economy market segment, Baoli EMEA is currently expanding its central supply chain management team in Lainate (Milano), Italy. Therefore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Processing Professional - Temporary 12 months The ideal candidate will be responsible for order confirmations and processing. What we offer: Your responsibilities: As support: plan and forecast demand for products and materials to ensure optimal inventory levels. As support optimize stock levels to minimize inventory costs while ensuring adequate stock availability. Confirm and process orders in a timely and accurate manner. As support coordinate the inbound flow from China to our central warehouse. Tasks and Qualifications: Your skills: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field 5 years of experience in order processing High level of proficiency in SAP Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (“being flexible and resilient”) Fluent in written and spoken English.
