AOG Export/Import Operator Location: Feltham ⏰ Shift: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts, negotiable: 07:00–19:00) Salary: £35,000 - £47,000 About the Role: Join a dynamic and growing Freight Forwarder as an AOG Export/Import Operator , ensuring the swift and efficient movement of air freight shipments while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Coordinate and arrange air freight shipments for customers. ✔️ Manage emails, collections, and deliveries efficiently. ✔️ Prepare shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) and ensure full compliance with UK HMRC regulations. ✔️ Monitor live AOG shipments and proactively adjust to customer needs. ✔️ Investigate and resolve queries or complaints swiftly. ✔️ Liaise with approved suppliers and handling agents. ✔️ Support with costings, quotations, and invoicing when required. ✔️ Manage multiple shared inboxes, ensuring timely query resolution. ✔️ Assist with import operations as needed. ✔️ Provide ad-hoc support to the AOG Manager.
