Job Description
Key Requirements: Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in a BPO or contact centre serving the UK market . Proven track record in subscription sales and/or appointment setting . Experience in providing customer support to UK clients. Skills : Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Confident with CRM software and digital communication tools. (Hubspot) Time management and multitasking abilities. Personal Attributes : Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Professional, empathetic, and customer-centric. Team player with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales : Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK, promoting subscription services and identifying sales opportunities. Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their suitability for the clients product/service. Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the clients sales representatives, ensuring calendars are accurately updated and aligned. Customer Support : Deliver a high level of professional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing queries, complaints, and service requests. CRM Management : Accurately log and update customer interactions and lead progress in CRM systems. (Hubspot) Target Achievement : Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and appointment quotas. Collaboration : Work closely with internal team members and the clients sales team to ensure a smooth handover and follow-up process. Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clients offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
