Job Description

We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Associate (Reservations & Customer Service) We’re looking for a highly adaptable and positive professional to join our team as a Learning & Development Associate . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about training and developing customer service teams. What You’ll Do: Train and onboard new Contact Center representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and customer experience best practices. Develop and update training programs, materials, and knowledge bases. Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for training improvements. Maintain training records and provide ongoing coaching. Work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, ensuring an engaging learning experience. What You’ll Need: 1 years of training experience, including program development and management (at least 1 year in a call center/customer service environment preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office proficiency . Flexibility to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 11 PM, including weekends as needed .
