Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, motivated and knowledgeable Salesman to join our clients' team, specializing in truck and car parts . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet sales targets. This role involves counter sales, assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist walk-in and call-in customers with automotive part inquiries. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and compatibility of parts for various truck and car models. Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs. Process sales transactions using POS systems and manage inventory records. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Follow up on quotes and ensure timely delivery of ordered parts. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust sales strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean and organized sales area. Attend product training and stay updated with new automotive technologies and parts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 13 years of experience in automotive parts sales. Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, aftermarket parts, and OE part identification. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid drivers license. Advantageous: Knowledge of automotive spares or mechanical components. Experience working in a fast-paced retail or workshop environment
