Responsibilities Ensure the compliance of training and development strategies and processes. Ensure the compliance of recruitment and selection strategies and processes. Manage performance and provide feedback. Implement strategies for internal communication. Develop and apply strategies for a healthy work environment. Design organizational structures according to needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Proven experience in training managers and employees. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgment. Luxury Retail Experience.
