IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment process for the salaried positions in Mexico. This role ensures a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging digital sourcing tools, best recruitment practices, and strategic alignment with business needs. The position also supports strategic HR initiatives related to talent acquisition. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Regional salaried positions (Monterrey, Acuña and Celaya Sites) from intake to onboarding. Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and OCC to source top talent. Conduct and coordinate competency-based interviews and provide structured candidate evaluations. Administer SuccessFactors for requisition management, pipeline tracking, and offer processing. Prepare and deliver offer letters, conduct negotiations, and ensure timely acceptance. Ensure candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction throughout the process. Monitor and report key KPIs: Time to Fill, Fulfillment Rate, Early Turnover, New Hire Satisfaction. Collaborate with other HR functions for seamless onboarding and integration of new hires. Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce planning. Support and lead some talent acquisition related projects including employer branding and process optimization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Advanced English (written and verbal). Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and OCC. Strong interviewing and communication skills. Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
