About the Role - Provide exceptional support to customers via text, email, phone, or live chat. Solve problems quickly and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for customer needs. Maintain accurate records of interactions to ensure the highest quality of service. Build genuine connections with customers, creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support to customers via text, email, phone, or live chat. Solve problems quickly and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for customer needs. Maintain accurate records of interactions to ensure the highest quality of service. Build genuine connections with customers, creating memorable experiences. Required Skills Advanced English skills Soft skills On-site position (El Jacal, Querétaro, México) Pay range and compensation package Pay up to $15,000 MXN (before taxes). 8-hour shifts, 48 hours per week. Paid training $2,500 MXN hiring bonus. Performance bonuses of up to 30% of your monthly salary. Food vouchers, 30-day aguinaldo, and 35% vacation bonus. Comprehensive life and medical insurance.
