Maintenance Supervisor

HFI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our automotive textile facility in Monclova, Coah. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment in the automotive textile industry. Oversee maintenance of sewing machines, cutting systems, adhesion, and lining equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. Ensure timely execution of maintenance programs to minimize downtime and support production efficiency. Lead and direct a team of maintenance technicians; assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance. Implement continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives to enhance reliability. Manage spare parts inventory and optimize usage to control costs. Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the maintenance area. Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to maintain seamless operations. Train and support technical staff in equipment use, care, and preventive practices. Qualifications: Technical knowledge of industrial sewing, cutting, and adhesion equipment in the automotive/textile industry. Strong understanding of pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Experience developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Ability to identify root causes and resolve equipment failures effectively. Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement practices. Skilled in using industrial maintenance tools and managing spare parts inventory. Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
