The Account Executive is responsible for leading the entire sales process for strategic accounts, from receiving qualified leads from the BDR to closing the deal. This role focuses on enterprise accounts with high potential for investment in business messaging solutions and digital transformation. The Account Executive will build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of commercial goals in complex sales cycles. The main responsibilities you will have are: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with strategic accounts (Top Accounts) in LATAM. Qualify and work on leads delivered by BDRs, designing an effective commercial strategy for each account. Build relationships with C-Level profiles in areas such as marketing, customer service, innovation, and technology. Deeply understand customer needs and align the Business Messaging solution in a consultative manner. Develop customised commercial proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and lead complex negotiation processes. Coordinate with internal product, pre-sales and operations teams to ensure a solid value proposition. Represent the company in high-level meetings with strategic customers in key sectors such as retail, banking, telecommunications, CPG and marketplaces. Keep the CRM up to date with opportunities and forecasts. Meet and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with the Marketing team to align initiatives with campaigns targeting named accounts. Become a trusted source for top accounts on conversational innovation topics. What are the requirements? 5 years of experience in B2B sales in technology, SaaS or digital solutions companies. Proven experience in sales to Enterprise accounts with complex cycles (6 months or more). Previous experience in tech companies with consultative sales (ideally if you have worked with cloud platforms, software or digital services). Knowledge of the Mexican market (preferred) and experience working with multinational companies in LATAM. Proven track record as an over-achiever: consistent achievement of sales quotas and targets. Familiarity with complex purchasing processes and documentation such as RFP, RFI and RFQ. High average sales ticket Fluent English (written and spoken). Solid knowledge of technological solutions (software and hardware). Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and consultative sales platforms. Excellent communication, storytelling and negotiation skills. Ability to map complex organisations and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Results-oriented, autonomous and proactive profile.
