Job Description : Customer care Agent Skills: Excellent English and Spanish communication skills Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative Ability to appreciate the customers perspective showing empathy. Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns. Ability to multi-task Computer and online navigating capability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Requirements: Minimum High school Diploma Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience Advanced English Proficiency Full time schedule availability
