Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a high-end establishment. Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to create innovative and visually appealing drink menus. Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills. Strong inventory management and cost control abilities. This is a live-out role.
