Based in Cape Town city centre, this dynamic Retail operation is looking to employ a skilled PA that can be the Owner/Director's 2IC when they are travelling. Manage the service providers, daily office activities, assist with photoshoot logistics and general Personal Assistant duties. Requirements: Matric Driver's Lisence Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Strong personality - ability to take charge Highly organised and can multi task Strong personality to assist with various service providers Excellent computer literacy Numerically strong Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as Personal Assistant Duties: Manage the Director's daily activities Diary Management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings Ability to understand the running of a busy organisation to be of assistance in all matters when Director is travelling Ability to manage shopfitters/service providers - follow up on instructions and executions Ability to be involved in the logistics of various projects and more Your organisational abilities will assist with managing various tasks, assisting with general Personal assistant duties and your ability to assist the Director with various tasks and assistance with projects and managing a business.
