CDP - Deli

The Deli at this exceptional destination emphasizes fresh and seasonal ingredients in its range of handcrafted products and light meals. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to contribute to the preparation and presentation of these items. If you have a passion for deli cuisine and enjoy working with high-quality produce, we would love to hear from you. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a deli or similar environment. Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, ingredients and salads. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation. Ability to follow recipes and maintain high standards of hygiene. A relevant culinary qualification is preferred. This is a live-out role.
