The ideal candidate has solid experience in the construction industry, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is passionate about building strong relationships with retail merchants, contractors, and developers. If you have a proven track record in sales, a good understanding of construction products, and the ability to identify market opportunities, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities Drive sales of construction products to retail merchants and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and developers. Promote product value through technical knowledge and tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and support product launches. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage account-related admin. Ensure debt collection and stock merchandising within your area. Deliver product training and support to customers as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Diploma or degree in construction/building disciplines (preferred) Valid driver’s license Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role Proven success in sales, especially in introducing new products Strong understanding of the construction industry and procurement processes Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
