Internal Sales - Bearings

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their needs. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through excellent service. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a proactive and professional manner, striving for swift resolution. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
