Job Description

Responsibilities: Processing orders and handling all correspondence. Selling of products/services and processing goods returned as well as customer queries. Assist with stock count and in the warehouse. Communicate with the Sales Manager/Technical Advisor regarding pricing. Customer feedback in a strict turnaround time. Proactive with the internal departments offering products due to being out of stock or alternative options. Requirements: Matric certificate. 5 years in a similar role. Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with SAP. Drivers license. Problem solving and organizational skills. Good mathematic skills.
