Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating commercial vehicle dealers, assessing financial and operational risks, and supporting the development of strategic decisions in line with the companys objectives Main Responsibilities: Carry out the brand sales maintenance and jointly carry out the sales promotion. Actively expand the market, carry out industry research, regularly visit dealers, track and provide feedback on market trends, propose special market improvement work, submit and implement marketing plans, and track, analyze, and evaluate marketing effects and market responses. Be responsible for registration, storage, inspection, supplementation, and update of promotional materials, as well as distribution, supplementation, and update of promotional materials in dealer showrooms. Be responsible for the promotion and implementation of the company's new products and new policies, as well as the promotion of online sales. Accept the network cooperation and credit application of dealers and institutional customers; conduct pre-loan investigations on customers per the regulations. Implement the dealer channel management-related work. Implement the post-loan management of wholesale customers; be responsible for managing important business vouchers and materials according to the company's requirements; organize and carry out the customer certificate expiration maintenance, renewal, and collection work. Be responsible for the implementation of risk control measures; carry out follow-up inspections of the timeliness and authenticity of the company's vehicle mortgage handling; carry out authenticity inspections of other businesses; carry out risk identification, and track and handle regional business risks. Organize and implement repayment tracking, collection, litigation, preservation, and write-off management. Formulate and implement training plans for dealers at all levels. Be responsible for printing, collecting, and transmitting vouchers between the company and dealers. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders. Requirements: Matric or higher Major in finance, economics, accounting, or management. NCR certification preferred. More than three years of relevant work experience. Proficient in customer relationships and risk management. Able to classify dealers by scale and risk, apply targeted marketing strategies, and manage contract risk along with overdue loan collections. Strong foundation in finance-related subjects (e.g., Principles of Finance, Bank Credit, Financial Analysis). Capable of analyzing financial statements and evaluating dealers repayment, profitability, operations, and growth. Understand industry-specific risks for commercial vehicle customers. Well-versed in the rules and procedures of commercial vehicle retail finance. Familiar with national economic trends and the automotive financial sector. Understand group products, dealer networks, and fleet operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
