Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria. Requirements: Addressing customer inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and providing comprehensive customer support. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions through various communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as Customer care consultant with a Repair centre or panel shop. Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities. Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience. Expertise in automotive systems like Kerridge, KSD, TMS etc. Excellent communication skills, and driven. Ability to work effectively under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
