Job Description
We're looking for an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic team across multiple luxury safari lodges. Key Responsibilities: Designing and executing menus Leading and managing the kitchen team Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Managing food cost and inventory control Maintaining guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence Promoting creativity, innovation, and leadership within the team Candidate Requirements: Formal culinary training and relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in culinary arts) Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or resort Strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and current food trends Proven experience in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen team leadership This is a live-in role.
