Description


Our team is seeking a talented IT support Engineer to join our dynamic worldwide team. As a vital part of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting problems, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex cases to higher tiers when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.



Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve and escalated technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Manage office IT equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management and configuring polices are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.
  • Travel to other office locations within Europe will be required in this role.
  • Must be proficient in English, proficient in French also is a plus.
